It is tough to gather volunteers. When as we ask for volunteers, we hear over and over ”I’m having a party, so I can’t help.” This reason is difficult, because ....Yes, me too! In short, almost everyone is having a party. So can you make volunteering your new party tradition? Can you pick two guests and send them to an entrance? One hour, or even a half-hour, is all we ask!   The amendment, proposed at the June 16th special meeting, to enable serial assessments for financing a potential Community Center was passed by Oak Hills Homeowners. Votes were certified by CMI: 269 in favor of passing, 19 against.
The Board voted to set the actual Community Center vote for July 20th through August 3rd. Homeowners will be able to vote by mail or online. Results will be certified by Vial Fotheringham for the regular August 5th monthly board meeting. |
