1. Board Approval of Minutes from October 4, 2017, Board of Director’s Meeting – Motion Needed (Lindsay)
2. Board Department Updates, in following order – David Boyd, Jon Cole, Terri Danowski, Todd Cooper, Ryan Asbury, Sheila Brewer, Linda Marshall, Tom LaVoie, Lindsay Sandor

 
OWNER/GUEST CONCERNS AND/OR COMMENTS: Maximum of 30 minutes for homeowner question. Time allocated per person will be determined by number of home owners signing up to speak at meeting.  

DISCUSSION TOPICS / OTHER BUSINESS

1. Digital document storage, ARB page on website update (Lindsay, Ryan, Terri)
2. CCR’s and new homeowners: What plan will we have in place to ensure new homeowners are made aware of CCR’s upon moving into neighborhood? (Dan, Terri)
3. Memorial Bench request by non-homeowner (Dan)
4. Drop Box: Should drop boxes be closed down at this point in time to reduce cost? (Linda)
