Thank you to everyone who voted this year, we had the strongest turnout in Oak Hills History with 86% of homeowners casting 563 votes.
MEASURE #120 INCREASE ANNUAL DUES BY $120 PASSED 466 IN FAVOR and 117 AGAINST. 82% of voting homeowners approve. This exceeded the 66% required by Oak Hills CC&R’s. Details to be sent October 1st, payment due by Nov. 15, 2020. MEASURE #3 ALLOW ANNUAL DUES INCREASES FAILED 360 IN FAVOR and 209 AGAINST. 64% of voting homeowners approve, does not meet the 75% voter threshold to change the CC&R’s. RESOLUTION P3-002 NEW CC&Rs GUIDELINES FOR FENCE HEIGHT PASSED 437 IN FAVOR and 122 against, carried by simple majority for voting homeowners. IRS Ruling 70-604 TAX ELECTION TO LOWER ASSOCIATION TAXES PASSED 549 IN FAVOR and 8 against, carried by simple majority for voting homeowners. |
