Summer Concert, Wine Tasting & Dessert Event. There will be dessert samples provided by Outback Steak House, as well as wine and wonderful music by Corner Pocket Jazz Quartet.
Corner Pocket is a jazz quartet dedicated to swinging hard and bringing it home! Comprised of four long-time professional musicians, the band’s broad repertoire is fun and and enjoyable. You will hear their collective musical influences which range from Count Basie, Stan Kenton, and Duke Ellington, to Miles Davis, George Benson, and Chuck Mangione. Leader Sydney Jill Lehman is recognized as one of the premier jazz pianists on the West coast. She has played with some of the best jazz artists in the world—including Dizzy Gillespie. Corner Pocket also features the guitar stylings of Charles Steen, and bassist Ken Anoe. Add drums to the mix, and all of the ingredients are there for music at its finest!
