Online accounts for Oak Hills HOA members

Currently there are 4 online accounts in use by the Oak Hills Homeowners Association.

We continue to seek the most efficient communications methods, and our goal is to reduce the number of services in use, yet at the moment -- these account systems allow users to subscribe the to information and notifications that they are interested in.

Blue Mountain Management Serivices (HOA Dues and Accounting)

The Oak Hills Homeowners Association retains the services of Blue Mountain Management to collect annual dues and any remaining special assessment payments. BMMS only handles the Dues and Assessment accounts.

Note: JackRabbit is the service for making payments for the RV Lot, Recreation Event, Dropbox Stickers and other optional items.

Oak Hills Website

The website, OakHillsOregon.com, is the official portal of the Oak Hills Homeowners Association.

There are 3 main sections of our website; HOA Business, Recreation, and Events.

Official communications from the board Board of Directors are published on the OakHillsOregon website -- soon these notices will also be emailed to members who have opted-in for electronic notifications. Certain pages may require that you are logged in before you can view them, this is for the safety and security of all members of the Oak Hills Homeowners Association.

Jackrabbit

The Jackrabbit service is use to collection payments HOA user fees like the RV Lot, Debris Dropbox, and Recreation.

General new and information about recreation and events open to the greater community are sent to members with a Jackrabbit account.

Social Media

Social media accounts associated with Oak Hills are not official communications of the HOA Board, often these account echo what is published on the Oak Hills website as a courtesy, yet in the event of any conflicts, information on the Website supersedes any social media posts.
