September 12: Farewell Party & Final Plunge

SEPT 12th -Final plunge, Farewell Dinner, Cake and Graffiti Party!

The 12th of September will be a full day of final good bye’s to the beloved rec center that has served us so beautifully for so many decades.  It has provided generations of fun and laughter.  We are sending it out with a bang through a full day of planned activities and fun.  Please come, bring any past Oak Hills kids and past residents to join in our celebration!  All will be invited to write on the walls your favorite memories and thoughts.  We will provide pizza and cake.  If you would would like to bring a salad to share that would be great, but not required! We just want as many neighbors to join us as possible!  Let us honor together all that this rec center has served since the day it was built!  Pictures and video will be taken! 

SCHEDULE 
9-2 Rec Equipment and Furniture Sale- Staff and board members will be cleaning closets and selling everything that will not be used in the new space! Get there early for the best shopping! This will be a fundraiser for new items for the new rec center.  

2-6 - Final Plunge - Last chance to ever swim in this pool!  Come spend a couple of hours or just do one final plunge for history and be there when the final whistle blows!!!  

6-8 - Pizza + Potluck and Cake!
