October 7: Monthly Board Meeting

Regular Board meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month. The Board of Directors invites homeowners to participate in governing the association by attending meetings and joining committees.

There is a neighbor's home in the middle of our street that has a yellow port a pottie on his walkway that starts at the sidewalk.

I would like to know our policy for this? Can this be moved to the back of their driveway and out of site? This was here last year for nine months before it was picked up.
I live at 9:30 Masterson. I would like to see this moved before Halloween.
