​Oak Hills Special Assessment Payment Clarification

The Special Assessment for the new Community Center has several payment options that were outlined in the mailing sent to all homeowners the week of October 19.  Unfortunately, the instructions of where to mail the payment for two of the Special Assessment options, 1.) Paying the amount in full ($6,500) or 2.) Paying the first year of your Special Assessment with one payment ($596.76) were missing.  The Board apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

Should you choose one of these two Special Assessment payment options, the check should be sent as follows:

          Los Angeles, CA 90054-0568
 
Should you choose to select one of the above two Special Assessment payment options, you may combine the payment with your Annual Dues and send the check along with the Annual Dues coupon (included in the mailing) to the above address in Los Angeles, CA.
