Vial-Fotheringham (VF) has informed the Board that sufficient votes have been received to meet quorum requirements, and that initial online voting trends towards 'yes'. With quorum reached, the Board will not consider extending the vote beyond 5pm August 3rd, 2015. Homeowners who have not already voted are encouraged to do so - every vote counts. All paper ballots received by CMI prior to 5pm August 3rd will be entered by CMI on the VF electronic voting system. VF will then validate Homeowner votes, then certify the final tally - to be announced at the August 5th 7pm OHHA Board Meeting at the Oak Hills Church. In the meanwhile, if Homeowners have questions, please contact a Board member.
