Recreational Vehicle Storage Lot

Oak Hills rents spaces in the RV Lot to homeowners in good standing for the storage of their motor homes, recreational vehicles (RV), boats, and trailers.  The RV Lot is a secure area with a locked gate. 
The RV Lot is provided so homeowners or occupants can meet the Oak Hills Homeowners Association (OHHA) recorded Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (Amended, 2013):

Article V (section D)
Unless otherwise approved by the Association, no trailer, camper, pickup coach, mobile home, boat, other recreational vehicle, or truck (except pickup) shall be parked, placed, or maintained on Residential or Association Property for any purpose, at any time (except for loading or unloading), except that such prohibition shall not apply to vehicles for which the Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles requires only a "passenger plate" and vehicles which can be and in fact are stored completely within the Owner 's garage and are not used for living purposes, and such vehicles parked in the Association's RV lot with Board of Director authorization.

​RV Lot Space Rental Rates


An annual fee of $8.40/ft. of unit length ($11.10/ft. of unit length if space is wider than 10 feet), paid in advance, is required for use of the RV Lot. Fees will be prorated for partial years. Prorated refunds must be greater than $20 to be processed.
Payments made online through Jackrabbit preferred, or in-person at the Recreation Center Office (credit card, cash, or check to OHHA).
​The annual fee is issues November 15th and due December 20th, 2022

​​To apply for a space in the RV Lot*



  • Review the RV Lot Contract Form, including eligibility and space assignment required qualifications.
  • Contact the RV Lot Director to request space availability.
  • Payment in full received through our Jackrabbit program service (see Payment/Registration process listed below) or pay in person (credit card, cash, or check to OHHA) at the Recreation Center Office during open office hours.
  • Submit signed contract form to the Recreation Center Office. 
  • The vehicle or trailer must be owned by a homeowner and the registration must have that name reflected on the title.
  • Renters need to request to be put on the waitlist by the homeowner. 

*There is currently a waitlist for the RV Lot. Please ensure you have off-sight storage or the vehicle/trailer will fit inside your garage. 

​PAYMENT / REGISTRATION PROCESS (online information only)


To Pay Online through Jackrabbit:
  • Already have an online account in Jackrabbit? OHHA RV Lot and Recreation programs use this service for registration and payment for swim passes, swim lessons, swim team, and fitness. If you've registered and paid for any of these programs in 2018 or later, you have a Jackrabbit account. Access your account through the Jackrabbit "Parent Portal," select the "RV Lot Program," and follow directions to make payment.
  • New to Jackrabbit and need an account created? Contact the Recreation Team via email (officeohha@gmail.com) or in-person at the Recreation Office during open office hours to establish an account. You will need to provide: name, address, telephone number, email address. Once your account is established, you will receive a confirmation message with a link to your online account.
  • Go to your Jackrabbit account via the "Parent Portal" to access your account, select the "RV Lot Program," and follow the provided directions to make payment.
