User Fees

Some amenities of Oak Hills are not used by all residents. As much as possible, these services and events are structured as user fees, so only those that use an RV space have to pay for one. All homes benefit from the added value our pool and recreational center bring to the community, and all homes helped to pay for it.

With user fees, only active users of the rec-center pay for daily operational cost; only RV owners pay to maintain the lot.

A complete list of fees can be found on the Optional HOA Fee page -- users fees are not paid through BMCM accounting.

Special Assessment

The "Rec-Center Special Assessment" was created to build the new community room, gymnasium, and outdoor swimming pools.
All lots were levied the same fee when levied; some homeowners have paid this special assessment in full, while other have choose the make monthly payments.

The special assessment is connected to the property and not any individual homeowner(s). The balance against any lot can be passed to the next owner, resolved during a sale-purchase transaction, paid in full, or even behind and past due.
Each homeowner is responsible for knowing the status of their special assessment.

Contact the Oak Hills CFO for the balance and status of the assessment levied against your lot.

Special Assessment payoff schedule for 2023.

The table is based on the assumption that the lot has made the minimum payment, on time, since inception. These numbers are to be used as INDICATIONS ONLY. Do confirm all values as previous overpayments or late charges could have changed your balance. Please contact Blue Mountain to get your exact special assessment balance.

*If at any time during the year you want to pay off the entire remaining amount owed on the special assessment you can contact Blue Mountain. The amount cited in the table below needs to be in the hands of Blue Mountain by the 25th of the month selected.  This assumes that for the month selected you have NOT paid the $49.73 which is due on the first of the month.
